Job Responsibilities:

•    Working with the incumbent Operations Manager and Lead Maintenance Specialist, support the maintenance and development of the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) for BDUK’s Military Aviation Authority Regulatory Publication Part 145 (MRP Pt 145) Approval under the Maintenance Approved Organisation Scheme (MAOS).

•    Working with SMEs / focals for each aircraft platform and site, support the uplift of the MOE and associated key documents/processes to incorporate planned and emergent changes to BDUK’s MRP Part 145 Approval, including regulatory compliance, sites, maintenance activity scope/capabilities and aircraft platforms and Safety and Quality Management Systems, during an exciting period of significant growth and change for BDUK.

•    Working with SMEs / focals for each aircraft platform and site, support the process for change impact assessment against MAA Regulatory Article Notices of Proposed Amendment and Authorised Amendment (NPA/NAA), including the generation of new or amended processes for BDUK and impact statements and financial or other penalty statements to the Authority.

•    Working with SMEs / focals for each aircraft platform and site, support the process for change impact assessment against Notices of Proposed Amendment and Authorised Amendment (NPA/NAA) against Boeing Corporate Policies and Processes, including the generation of new or amended processes for BDUK, impact statements and financial or other penalty statements to the business.
